Seat Design and Upholstery Information

We strip the seat to the frame and inspect it.
Repairs are made if needed.
The frames are prepped, painted and then new decking is installed.
We build our seat and back cushions with HR foam using various densities for proper support, comfort and durability.
We shape the foam to fit our customer’s specifications and their desired design.
Patterns are then made.
We cut, sew up and install the covers using only the finest materials available.
Our highly skilled craftsmen take pride in the details of their finished work.
